| Jovis Coffee is based out of and serves as the premier coffee roaster in Montrose. Our coffee house reflects a professional, yet intimate, warm environment for our guests. We feature a wide-variety of live entertainment, including music, comedy, one-act plays, magic, poetry, and artist instructional demonstrations. Also featured are 24 wine selections presented through our one-of-a-kind enomatic wine dispenser so you can sample by the ounce.
Our beans are imported from all over the world, representing the major coffee growing regions. Each bean is roasted to a unique profile that maximizes flavor and aroma for that bean. Since each region has a number of variables that impact the chemical make-up of the bean, such as altitude, weather, soil, and harvesting, each bean must be roasted with a unique profile to maximize that region's strengths while minimizing any weaknesses. By roasting daily, we offer not only the very finest specialty coffees, but also the absolute freshest. |
